The Ivy Arts Building is a historical structure from the early 1900s in Southeast Minneapolis, housing arts and crafts types of businesses and organizations. Nguyen Architects is a small architecture firm on the second floor of the building. The husband and wife team (Tan Nguyen and Anne-Marie Cisek) are noted for their award-winning residential designs. After the unrest, the building was damaged, and on this gofundme page, Tan is pointing to a wall built with his intern 15 years ago that is still standing. If walls could speak, this wall would reaffirm Tan’s drive to rebuild his company and community.
